Shipping and Returns

FREE Shipping for Orders Above $49:

Standard ground shipping is FREE for all orders that exceed $49 in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Most items that are in-stock ship within 3-4 business days out of the warehouse. Typically, for larger items that are in-stock such as power wheelchairs, scooters, and other larger medical equipment, it will be shipped via a freight company and the item will arrive in 10-14 business days. 

Some items that are not in-stock or items with custom features may need to be manufactured. This production process could take 2-5 weeks prior to shipment depending upon the item and the manufacturer. Pro Wheelchairs will communicate to you the estimated delivery date for your specific order.

For items that are not over $49, we charge a standard ground shipping rate of $10.00 and will typically leave the warehouse within 72 hours and will be delivered within 4-5 business days.

 Expedited Shipping:

On many items, we can offer expedited shipping for an additional fee. If desired, please call or email to inquire. Please note that expedited shipping can only improve the shipping length of time but cannot expedite the manufacturing process for non-stock items. However, we always do our best to work with the manufacturer in order to deliver your item in a timely manner.

 White Glove Delivery Service

If you require additional help during delivery or for setup in your home or place of business, please contact us via email or call us at (501) 819-3776. For some items, we offer a White Glove Delivery service for additional fees. Typically, this will add an additional 5-7 days in total delivery time.

 Continental US Shipping Only:

We believe that everyone should have access to the world's best wheelchairs and medical equipment, at this time we are only able to fulfill orders for customers that are living and receiving their orders in the continental United States.

 Order Confirmation:

Immediately after you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

 Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 48 hours from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within 72 hours of your order, feel free to follow up with us at help@prowheelchairs.com. Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. After you have signed for the item, we lose the opportunity for you to claim for a damage to the item.

If your item does arrive damaged, please send photos to help@prowheelchairs.com and we will execute a return authorization claim on your behalf. When we provide the authorization number, you will be directed to return the item to our specific warehouse address.

 Cancellations:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 3% processing fee, whether or not your order is shipped.  

Returns:

For all returns you must contact Pro Wheelchairs in writing at help@prowheelchairs.com within 3 business days of receipt of your purchase. In the event of a change of mind, you will incur the cost of return shipping and be credited the purchase price only minus a re-stocking fee of 20%.  We typically cannot refund shipping charges. However, always acting as the customer advocate, Pro Wheelchairs will work together with you to find a solution. Goods must be returned in original condition with all parts and accessories, in re-sell able condition. Prior to any return or refund, Pro Wheelchairs must provide a return order ID and approve the return order or shipment. Refunds will only be issued for approved orders with the approved Pro Wheelchairs ID. Refunds would then be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
