Return & Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied we offer a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days starting from the day the order is delivered to return the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all owner manuals and paperwork, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need provide proof of purchase, which can usually be verified with the original order number. All returned items have a 20% restocking fee with the exception of returns due to damage or wrong item received.
You must have a return authorization number to qualify for a return.
To start a return please email us at call us at email@example.com or call us at 510-819-3776 (Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm PST) to obtain a return authorization number, detailed instructions on how and where to send the return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns may not be sent to our corporate address.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have (following all return policy & procedures as outlined above) , and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
In the event of a change of mind and you request to cancel your order. If you cancel your order after 24 hours of placing the order you will incur a 5% cancellation fee to cover order processing fees. If you cancel your order after the ordered item has been shipped then the order is treated like a returned item and will be subject to all terms and conditions of a return including the 20% restocking fee.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
